We’re so glad you’re here! Life Community Church exists to help individuals to connect to God and His people, and to cultivate those relationships. We are part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (http://www.cmalliance.org/). We desire to bring the love of God to those around us in concrete ways by helping to meet needs through prayer, care, and sharing.
Join us for worship each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Sunday School & nursery are provided. We’re coffee-friendly and casual– come as you are!
The 411: What’s going on at LCC?
As November is coming to a close, we’re looking ahead to December – and we’ve got lots going on! For the men, our monthly Men’s Breakfast is on Saturday, December 13, at 8am. It’s just $5 for a pancake breakfast, and bring a friend too!
For the ladies, we’re doing something a little different for Chick Flickers this month: we’ll be meeting at one of our ladies’ homes for a pajama movie night! It’ll be at 6pm on Saturday, December 6. Wear your jammies, sweats, or something comfy, and please bring a finger food to share.
We’ve also got our next Ladies Night Out on Friday, December 12, from 6:30-8:30pm. We’ll be meeting at Michael’s craft store (in the Target shopping center) and will be doing a fun Christmas-y craft.
Page Turners book club will be meeting at 6:30pm on Thursday, December 18 to discuss “Little House on the Prairie” by Laura Ingalls Wilder… and we’re also going to have a book exchange!
For your middle-school and high-school kids, our next Saturday Night Life is coming up on December 13, from 6:30-9:00pm. Round up all your middle- and high-schoolers (and their friends!) and bring ‘em on down!
Freedom Friday will be on Friday, December 19. Drop off your kiddos from 5:30pm-8:30pm for fun, friends, and of course… pizza! We’ll have our ginormous indoor play structure and bounces houses open as well! Please RSVP your children early to ensure their spot(s).
And last but not least, don’t forget to buy your 3 extra canned/non-perishable food items this week for our 15 Can Challenge! We’ll be collecting everyone’s items on Sunday, December 21, and taking them to our local food bank.
Looking for a way to get involved with LCC and your community? We’ve got several areas in which you can serve!
We are in need of people to help with Communion once a month. All you do is get the bread and juice, set up the tables on Sunday morning, and clean up after Worship. Please let us know if you’d like to help!
Have a heart for providing childcare and/or teaching our little ones? We need volunteers in Nursery, PreSchool and Sunday School. If interested, please talk to Claire Eastin in the church office (contact info is to the right.)
Outside of our building walls, we also need folks to help with Loaves and Fishes, and ECHO. We collect non-perishable food items for Loaves and Fishes and deliver them every week– to donate, please bring your food items to our church and drop them off in the basked on our Information Table. We also have a group of church members that volunteer at our local ECHO homeless shelter. If you’d like more info, or to volunteer, please let us know!
You can give and tithe online! Please go to https://www.egive-usa.com/. You’ll need to register/create your account first, then you can add LCC by going to My Profile -> Recipient Organizations and search for “Life Community Church.” Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see us listed there in the “L” category.
